Worst. Proposal. EVER.
For the record, anyone who proposes to me with "We've been friends for so long, I think we'd be good partners," will be getting tossed out on his Borg ass. I know we've seen this coming for a long time -- ever since Anthony's first wife was described as a bitch -- but I'd hoped we could avoid it. Unfortunately, Lynn Johnson made sure to get rid of all other contenders, not just by letting them drift away, but by first alienating us from them. She even brought back Warren the pilot this week to paint him shades of asshole before getting rid of him permanently so we couldn't possibly harbor a speck of hope for him. Of course, we're all supposed to overlook the assy Anthony's request while still married for Elizabeth to "wait for him." Very classy, Anthony.
Well, whatever. You deserve Anthony, Elizabeth. And that's not a compliment.

I can't believe they've gone this route! I think it's time to retool the strip.
Since when did two sentences constitute a discussion?
As for retooling the strip, I understand that will be happening within the year. Soon the characters will be frozen forever in their current states, and we'll just go back to all the old strips.
However, we'll still not be able to hold out hope for Warren and the others, knowing as we do now how it turns out.
